fully automate RasQberry setup

provide an option to fully automate setup of RasQberry after inserting the SD card.

This will need to call several menu options in rasqberry-config in non-interactive mode, plus triggering a "firstboot script" such as described in https://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/33817/use-boot-cmdline-txt-for-creating-first-boot-script and https://gitlab.com/JimDanner/pi-boot-script

This should be done for both the touch display and SenseHAT versions
