add folder with configs and menu option to set/modify configs

Add a folder (e.g. .rasqberry-config) that contains config infos (e.g. number of LEDs/Qubits, GPIO pin used for LED strip, etc). Add menu option in rasqberry-config to set and/or modify these settings.
