automatically add new desktop icons to the desktop

New demos can be made available through desktop icons. Currently the *.desktop files are copied only during initial setup (do_rasqberry_enable_desktop_vnc() in rasqberry-config). This needs to be changed in order to add new desktop icons (and new quantum demos) automatically, as they become available in the RasQberry GitHub repo.
