Short update: Progress is ongoing, datasource is coming along, but the underlying go-gitlab library needs a few changes as well, lots of API changes are not reflected in that lib...

I think I'll focus on updating the underlying `go-gitlab` lib in the coming days, and try to finish the datasource after that first. This should nicely work with terraforms model...
