theme: update night-owl

[Mr-Vipi]

• change root segment into powerline style
• change path segment into powerline style & small fixes
• change git segment colors
• add overflow
• add segments: az, cds, crystal, cf, cftarget, cmake, flutter, kotlin, lua, perl, r, swift
• add final_space
• small fixes and color changes

Description

Add several new segments to represent several new dev environment. Also made some small fixes for spaces and colors.
