can't open windows explorer in the "Server" view of eclipse

In the "Server" view of eclipse, I right-click on the project published to tomcat, and then click "Open in Explorer" in the pop-up menu, an error will pop up:

The "Server" item in eclipse can't be adapted to resource, the org.eclipse.wst is not in Eclipse Platform Core, the eclipse-explorer plugin don't support this item. Fortunately, the eclipse-explorer support fragment plugin development to support more item in eclipse, you can develop the org.eclipse.wst resource fragment plugin to enhance the explorer feature.
