[Feature/QoL request] Allow opening text files with RATools set as default program

Currently, when you set RATools as the default program for, say, .txt or .rascript files, then try to open one, it just launches the program without actually opening the file. I'd like for it to instead just open the file in question ala Notepad or any other text editor or IDE.
