Merge cached data (achievements, notes) from multiple emulator paths

With multiple emulator paths set up, it seems like the first one that has cached data for a given game ID will be used when importing code notes and achievements. I would prefer being able to choose which emulator from which to import, or merge the data from all cache directories.
