Hope to update the version on dsp.thunderstore.io

A couple of my mods want v5.4.21, and the rest want v5.4.20. This needs to be resolved somehow.

r2modman supports only BeplnEx 5.4.21.0

I finally found out how to force R2modman 5.4.21 to install. It does work fine with DSP. I need this version or possibly v5.4.22 to work properly with the latest...
