Ubuntu PPA / license

Hello,

Do you plan on making this available in a PPA soon? I've wanted to do it myself but I can't find the license anywhere... what's the license?

The license is GPLv3, you are very welcome to make a PPA of course. I want to as well but I am not as experienced, so if you make it and then add me to the project that would be of much help.

Also note that the project's final name is not ubuntu-speech-recognition. It might be linux-speech-recognition or something of that nature.

Mmm my package is ready in a test PPA. Is it possible to decide on a name soon? :) I can rename it by creating a meta package later on but that's not too elegant :)

The name will officially be "Palaver".

Mmm I've packaged it but it doesn't work because, since it's installed as root, I get this error:

"/opt/palaver/hotkey rm: remove write-protected regular empty file ‘pycmd_nocmd’"

Should I open a separate bug report for this?

This is actually the thing that I didn't yet finish before releasing. I plan to move all but the basic binaries into a user directory in .palaver.d/ . And only have stuff like dictionary and such at the system level.

I suppose we will have to wait until I or someone else does it. You can look at PLAN.txt for what I plan to do with the directories. (Just the directory part is important for this)
