Cache mods download on paydaymods.com

When I am downloading from URL http://download.paydaymods.com/download/latest/BC, I found the download speed is very slow. When I am checking the response header, cache is disabled.

I think its better to put download site on CDN also, use the custom page rule provided by CloudFlare. Changing the Lastest Version download link to a HTTP 302 and redirect to static link for last version might be a good idea.
