[Chore] Track v2 Breaking Changes

This ticket will track breaking changes that will happen in v2 so that we can keep a list of them all in one place. There's only a few for now but sure the list will grow:

• Remove setModeStyles - since we have updateModeOptions this i no longer required and we will remove it
• Internal properties will be prefixed with td to indicate that they are related to Terra Draw and make it easier to avoid affecting internal Terra Draw state
