[Feature Request] Enhance rotation UX

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To rotate a figure the user has to check the documentation to know that they have to press ctrl + r to do this

Describe your proposed idea for the solution to this problem It would be nice to have a behavior like Figma.

Notice how:

• The cursor style change, when you are the closest to the vertex it has the cross (resize) and when you move a little further it change to the curved arrow (rotate)
• Once you click and hold with the rotate cursor style you can move the cursor wherever you want and their style (along with functionality) does not change

Describe alternatives you've considered Another way would be to have something along the lines of google docs, having the circle on top. (which seems more complicated to implement here)
