Describe the bug

Github recently released the ability for people to sponsor via Patreon. https://docs.github.com/en/sponsors/receiving-sponsorships-through-github-sponsors/enabling-sponsorships-through-patreon I have had someone sponsor via using Patreon and it appears they are not showing up on my sponsor readme.

Reproduction Steps

Have a sponsor use Patreon. Run the action. Sponsor does not show up

I am guessing there might be some changes relating to how Patreon and GitHub sponsors work in the API or something.
