Our current release is Bookworm, the previous version, Bullseye (our legacy release) usually gets security updates only. Does the problem exhibit on Bookworm?

Have you got the latest bootloader on the Pi5? There has been a fix for boot timing in that.

So, do you have two display devices attached? What does 'tvservice -l' report?

Why have you set -t to -1? What are you trying to achieve with that?
