[BUG] Driver HwRwDrv.x64 "A Driver cannot load on this device"

Hello, some reason when launching the tool, I get this error.

My Windows installation is new, and I installed .net 7.

Just to confirm I have the exact same bug on any PC with Windows 11 24H2. The app is not functional anymore.
