Downsampled App Icon has Artefacts

The 'Start Menu Manager' icon gets downsampled by Windows 10 to be displayed in some places. When downsampled the icon looks bad. Most noticeably it has jaggies.

Try: Rerendering from SVG at lower resolutions to avoid Windows' downsampling. Or might need to remake the icon entirely for lower resolutions.
