Implementing a binomial VAST model using the cloglog link function

Hi Jim and everyone,

For a project, we would need to implement a binomial VAST model using the cloglog link function and, therefore, to switch from ObsModel = c(2,0) to ObsModel = c(13,1). However, as a lot of us know, the problem is that VAST now does not let us use ObsModel = c(13,1) on its own and requires its uses only within a model integrating multiple different data types (presences/absences, counts and biomasses). Yet, there may be a workaround here? I have spent a lot of time trying different things to implement a workaround but I do not think that any of my efforts are correct.

Could you please tell me if there is a workaround and, if so, how to implement it?
