Add error when using depth in strata_limits and autogenerator extrapolation grid

As suggested by @James-Thorson, this is to note that if depth is included in strata_limits and the extrapolation grid is being autogenerated from lat/lon values without depth, an error should be reported, rather than assigning each stratum an area of 0.
