Minor suggestion regarding make_data.R

Hello, I really like the text that was provided to describe the different arguments passed to the "make_data" function. This is very useful and nicely supplements the information provided in the VAST user manual. Around line 94 (master branch), would it please be possible to add some lines of text about RhoConfig$Epsilon1 and RhoConfig$Epsilon2? Right now, there seems to be no detailed information about those two inputs anywhere, so it would be useful to add some text on them. Many thanks for everything!
