Dealing with TL, FL and SL when calculating Linf

There are some cases in which FishLife does not pull the Linf estimates because they are currently listed as coming from fork length, even if that species does not really have a distinct fork from total length (e.g., Ophiodon elongatus).

One possible solution from J.T. is the following: Using the vignette( "tutorial" ,"FishLife") to see the format for Update_prediction feature, specifying the data you want for a species, and re-running the predictions for that individual species. For example, specify fork length data as Linf entries and re-run.
