Addon version: PetTracker-10.0.1 for WoW-10.0.2
Server patch: [e.g. Build 8.0.1.27178] im not a programmer i dont know this info. Latest as of 9 feb 2023 - it doesnt matter as this bug has been here since DF release.

Happens 100% of the time. Easy to reproduce.
