Overlapping tooltip text

Have you read the changelog? (please don't waste our time) Yes.

Describe the bug The mod for Journal gives valuable information but it overlaps with the Blizz AH UI's messages and other addons' tooltip text too.

Expected behaviour It would be very nice if you could set your text after or before other tooltips by resizing the tooltip windows.
