Addon loading issues

*Describe the bug the battle interface and cooldown for enemy pets are just not there. this is the same for both wild battles and PvP.

in the game menu it does say that the Battle, config and journal bits are only loadable on demand but nothing I do will make this go away.

Removing and reinstalling pet tracker fixes the issue until you log out.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Log into any character
2. start any pet battle - either wild or PvP

Expected behaviour Battle interface showing enemy attacks and cooldown

Error Logs none appeared

Additional context only started happening today (patch day)- it was fine yesterday.
