WOTLK pre patch Bagnon issues

Weird behavior I just noticed today. Items in my bags just randomly disappear. Then only reappear when I hit clean up bags button. If my bags are full some green level items disappear until I empty some slots and hit the clean up bags button. Very weird. Never had any issues until today.
