Looted items do not show up in bag

Describe the bug Items sometimes do not appear in bags while using Bagnon

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Loot item with Bagnon on.
2. Wait to see if item shows or not.
3. If you can't see the items, disable Bagnon

Expected behaviour Seems to be happening randomly, but some items do not appear in your bags once you loot them. The only way to see them is to turn off the addon.
