TBC - Shows alts have items in bank and bags that are not there.

My alts are showing items in their bank and bags that are not there. For instance, I am leveling tailoring and need mageweave. Bagbrother is showing that two of my alts have mageweave in their bank and bags when they do not. I have logged onto each of them multiple times, opened bags and bank and when I log back over, the items are still showing. Is there a way to reset inventories?
