PageMaster: united one document after remove pages leads to lose the outline

Because of my mistakes, my pdf contains some unrelated pages in the end. So I try to use PageMaster to remove those pages.

Whether I set option Document Parts or Join Outlines, the output file does not include the previous outline.

Here is an example.

input.pdf output.pdf

How can I use PDF4QT to complete this operation? Thank you.
