Add simple way/shortcut to switch to text selection utility

Hi Jakub

Selecting text in PDFs is one of the things we have to do quite often. So it would be nice to have a quick way to switch to the text selection utility.

Is there a simple way to switch to the text selection utility in the viewer/editor? If not can you add it? I think having it as a menu icon would make a lot of sense.
