Video support

Support for video has been requested. Although early versions of RPG Ambience originally featured video support essentially identical to its support for audio, the potential size of video files can become a problem. If files are used directly, they might take up too much memory, or take too long to stream. If files are embedded from an external service (like YouTube), lack of flexibility may make some features difficult or impossible to implement.
