URL hashes do not work as expected

When entering a URL hash, the tab containing the target is not automatically selected. This should probably also work for nested targets (such as the Image tab, which is nested under the Scenes tab).

Additionally, going back with the browser does not reliably navigate back to the previous location (in particular under the Help tab).
