Add support for timestamps

It could be very useful sometimes to get the timestamps (-v time).

There were a couple of PRs that were canceled. This functionality has been asked for several years. It is very sad that you have to use logcat just for the sake of this feature. Please add the option to display the time, this will simplify the work.
