Improve AC3 detection

Open 1951FDG opened this issue 12 years ago • 1 comments

Basically, check not only for a AC3 track but check for the language of the AC3 tracks present. For example, if I were to process a file with a AC3 track, I would have to use the force flag because of the current detection check. The file in question had one german AC3 track and the DTS track was in English. Taking into account that the DTS track is of a other language than the AC3 track, the detection check should not require the user to use the force flag. An improved detection check, could also solve another issue a user posted. For example, with improved detection, when using the no DTS flag, if a AC3 track is present that is of the same language as the DTS track, the DTS track can be simple omitted and no other processing is required!

I like extension of my original request. I'm starting to get into dual audio files where the dts or ac3 could be the language I want and I need to end up with an ac3 of my language and don't really care what the original was.
