Add feature to archive old tweets from the earlier years

The https://github.com/twintproject/twint project has this feature where you can give a date range of since 2011 until 2013 kindof params on CLI, the same for dodo would be great.

This would help in archiving older tweets as well.

The problem with this is you cannot replicate the timeline in the past. You can approximate it by projecting the active follows in history, but you may not have followed a person in the past and therefore never actually saw the tweet.

I don't think there's a good way to do this, unfortunately. Over time, as you run the tool, it will matter less and less, at least.
