repeated error

I have followed this tutorial line-by-line, my app always stalls at line 24 in the View Controller--I believe it has to do with "unwrapping optional value" on head node of model but my understanding of Swift is null so i cannot address--can you please help? my screenshot shows error and my .scn set-up..Thank you.
