I'm interested in fixing this. Maybe if I have some time I can start working on it.

I'm pretty sure that "has corrected coordinates" was available in the old filters, as I used that one before...

It reads to me as if it's okay to mirror the tileserver, and he can assist if help doing that is needed, for which he may charge fees.
