Looks like this polyfill doesn't exist in the service, it would be great to have it.

Somebody raised an issue on my repository to add this polyfill manually, so I figured it might be better to have upstream, so that others can benefit. See https://github.com/antony/sapper-ie/issues/8

@babeard was the person who originally raised the issue.
