Hi there, I had plans to update that project, but I haven't had the time. I'm sort of still working on tracking indirectly by contributing to a project called ilastik (https://github.com/ilastik/ilastik). In ilastik we are implementing state-of-the-art tracking using a method called conservation tracking (http://hci.iwr.uni-heidelberg.de/Staff/mschiegg/schiegg_13_conservation.pdf).
