dev_tree.pl ... currently not handling USB4 / Thunderbolt devices

Currently don't have any USB4 / Thunderbolt devices to test against. Hierarchy differences from USB3 and earlier devices.

When able, add them as a new display category.

Note: unknown whether USB4/TB devs will show up at all when using script currently.
