Opening local HTML file

Opening a local HTML file does nothing. I also tried the "Open Web URL" option with a path to the file and still nothing.

What o/s version and Helium version is this? I am accomodating towards High Sierra and sandbox support where both these issue were addressed. Given still pending issues in app certification, I'd made a zip available in Helium 3 issue #4.
