Toolbar Not shown

Once I open a new URL the toolbar no longer appears at the top that allows me to navigate. Also Once I go into transparency mode the tool bar disappears and I can no longer move the window.

@bxbec Switch to the app using Option/CMD+Tab or by selecting it in dock

In Helium 3 you can drag a window by its contents. App focus can be obtained by SHIFT mousing into a Helium window, and there's a Finder app icon along with dock and contextual menus.
