Resizing window does not update tracking area for mouse over/mouse exit

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Helium
2. Open a video
3. Enable Translucency on Mouse Over
4. Enlarge window to 2x original width
5. Mouse over the right half of the window

Result:

• Window does not become translucent (mousing over the left half does make the window translucent).

Expected result:

• Window becomes translucent, no matter which part of the window the mouse enters.

It appears that the tracking area for mouse events is not being updated when the window is resized.
