Wiki: Reference Design and Documentation
The Reference Design and Documentation page was last updated in 2021, and seems to be only a summary of work that was done in summer 2021. I'm guessing it's out-of-date, and it's presented in a way that isn't the most newcomer-friendly.
The question is, is the information that it contains worth updating and reworking? @balacij if you could take a quick look and provide your opinion, I'd appreciate it!

Actually, it looks like this document is up-to-date, and of good quality. When Reference is re-built, this document will be useful. I don't know if we want to keep it in the wiki/, but we could move it to an issue about auditing the design of Reference? What was done/mentioned on that wiki page is good, but I think we need more.
I don't like putting things in issues, because that is fleeting. I prefer to have more information, especially design information, on the wiki.
Sounds like there are no changes required, then. We can leave it under Documentation in the sidebar, and the next time References are updated we can update and expand its contents.
