Formatting overflowing tables in LaTeX SRS

Tables, specifically the traceability matrices, in the generated LaTeX SRS flow off the page if they are too wide. I noticed tables automatically line-break text if its too long; however, since the text in the traceability matrix headers do not have spaces, it cannot line break.
