What do we want from the external Drasil-Haskell analysis?

1. Why is the intended order of analysis creation: make graphs, make analysis, and then make convertAnalyzed?

Specifically, what do we want from them and what do we get? Do each of them need graphmod and dotgen installed? What does each one do? Is there any benefit to adding stack dot to the mix as well?
