New wiki pages

Stemming from the poster event, we should add some more documentation to the Drasil Wiki:

• [x] Workflow page
• [x] Link workflow to Debugging page
• [x] Overhaul for Contributor's Guide
• [x] Fix up Readmes in Drasil and in ./code
• [ ] Home page (include description of Drasil). Currently we have all the design and documentation parts of Drasil but the background and reasoning isn't really recorded in the wiki. This could include taking some stuff from the README, an example of generating artifacts, and an introduction to Drasil.
• [x] Outline generated files vs files users should work on
• [ ] Put in compiler installation instructions somewhere (from a comment in #2737)
• [x] Add note about make help to README + wiki
