How to cite Drasil

We do not yet have enough content to have something to cite for Drasil (other than the position paper), but we will have content before too long. When the time comes, we should add a "How to cite Drasil" link. I'm thinking something like this link for GRASS (Geographic Information System):

I'm adding this issue so that we don't forget to do this in the future.

I think we can likely close this issue, since we have a citation file. However, we'll wait until we've discussed it in next week's meeting.

During our discussion (#2956), we decided to not close this issue until we have a proper paper on Drasil that we can cite. The citation file lets us cite the code, but there really should be a proper publication on Drasil.
