Feature Description

1. WEBP/AVIF Lossless/Lossy identification.
2. Auto-effort: (when output bigger than input) Effort 9 or <, use effort 10 [JXL]
3. Anti-Error: 1) Preformat PNG to standard. 2) search REAL image type (i see many images with .jpg, when used WEBP. We need predict this.
4. Process priority setting

Technical Details

1. Webp/AVIF(is possible) identificate, if Lossless - transocode to JXL. Ident by codec or meta... idk
2. Effort 9+10 type, process 9, if output bigger - process 10, replace. continue
3. PREFORMAT PNG, PNG to PNG before processing. Represent the type of image encoder by codec, not by extension.
4. Process priority setting
