HEIC/HEIF Input support
Brief Description
Add the ability to convert HEIC/HEIF Images, they're often used for high efficiency images on most phones so it would be really useful to be able to batch convert them here.
Detailed Description
I often optimize images using this tool so the ability to also optimize HEIC/HEIF Images would be appreciated as that's what my phone captures.

HEIF / HEIC support is planned.
However, it won't work out of the box. Users will have to provide an ImageMagick binary compiled with x265 support separately.
The HEIF / HEIC containers often carry images encoded with HEVC and sometimes AVC. Shipping binaries with support for these codecs requires a patent license. FOSS projects are not exempt from this. The licensing situation is quite complex.
