Is this a dead project?

Looks to me as if @JacksonGariety isnt really active anymore on github. Maybe he reads this and takes a look at migrating this repo over to https://github.com/gulp-community where it can be maintained a little longer hopefully.

@rejas He hasn't been active for several months. At this point, I think it's best if the project is forked and move there without his involvement, which the open source license allows. The only thing we can't do is to upload to the gulp-nodemon namespace, without intervention from the NPM organization. We could still upload to a new namespace, like gulp4-nodemon.

@rejas Are interested in taking the lead on this? Just now I tried Googling "Jackson Gariety" for an alternate contact method and he seems to dropped off the internet in the last year.

I recently received an email from the maintainer. Based on that, I expect 2.4 to be published in a few weeks.

In case @JacksonGariety doesnt want to maintain it, I'd still be willing to take over and keep the project up-to-date.
